Early Access Terms

These terms apply to your participation in VAI’s private Early Access pilot, offered by Solex Education Unipessoal Lda. By requesting Early Access, or by using VAI as an approved participant, you agree to these terms.

1. About Early Access

VAI is currently available only to a limited group of veterinary professionals by invitation. Submitting a request does not guarantee access, and we do not commit to a specific timeline for reviewing requests or sending invitations.

2. Eligibility

Early Access is intended for veterinary professionals — veterinarians, specialists, students, nurses and technicians, and practice or hospital leadership — evaluating VAI for genuine professional use.

3. Your account

If invited, you’ll sign in using a passwordless, email-based link. You’re responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since that’s how your VAI account is authenticated.

4. Permitted use

Early Access is for genuine professional evaluation of VAI. Please don’t attempt to circumvent access controls, disrupt the service, or use VAI for any unlawful purpose.

5. Professional responsibility

Please don’t include your clients’ or patients’ personally identifying details in anything you submit to VAI.

6. AI and clinical information

VAI uses AI to support clinical reasoning and practice scenarios. VAI’s output is intended to support, not replace, your own professional veterinary judgment. You remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions you make.

7. Feedback

We may ask for your feedback during Early Access. Unless you tell us otherwise, we may use feedback you give us to improve VAI.

8. Intellectual property

VAI, its underlying technology, and its content remain the property of Solex Education Unipessoal Lda. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.

9. Availability and changes

During Early Access, VAI is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and the service may be interrupted, without notice.

10. Suspension or termination

We may suspend, limit, or end your Early Access at any time, at our discretion, including at the end of the pilot phase. We’ll try to give you reasonable notice where practical, but aren’t obligated to.

11. Disclaimers and limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solex Education Unipessoal Lda isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of VAI during Early Access. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law. Governing law and jurisdiction for these terms haven’t yet been finalized, and will be confirmed following legal review before VAI moves beyond this private pilot phase.

12. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change to these terms, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where you have an active Early Access request or account, ask you to re-acknowledge them.
